                              RESOLUTION NO. 21639
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                 LEASE AGREEMENT/FACILITIES USE AGREEMENT,
                 SUBSTANTIALLY IN THE FORM ATTACHED HERETO AND
                 INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, FOR CERTAIN
                 PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE VOLUNTEER ARMY
                 AMMUNITION PLANT SITE, SAID PROPERTY TO BE
                 UTILIZED AS AN IMPOUNDMENT LOT BY THE
                 CHATTANOOGA POLICE DEPARTMENT'S TRAFFIC
                 DIVISION.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Lease Agreement/Facilities Use Agreement,
       substantially in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein 

       by reference, for certain property located at the Volunteer Army
       Ammunition Plant site, said property to be utilized as an
       impoundment lot by the Chattanooga Police Department's Traffic
       Division, for a lease fee of $2,500 annually for a term of twenty 

       (20) years with a ninety (90) day notice of cancellation clause.
